Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:

• You have not completed more than 25% of the course
• You have not downloaded or printed your certificate
• Your course completion has not been reported to TDLR

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• More than 7 days have passed since purchase
• You have completed the course and received your certificate
• You failed to complete the course within the 90-day access period
• You purchased the wrong course for your license type (exchanges available)
• Technical issues on your end preventing course access

Course Exchanges

If you accidentally purchased the wrong course for your license type, we offer a one-time exchange to the correct course within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not started the original course.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve any platform-related issues. Technical problems must be reported within 48 hours of occurrence to be eligible for consideration.
